All breads contain GF Whole Grain Oat Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour and Organic Flaxseed; are HaMotzi and Pas Yisroel
Regular bread is made on SUNDAYS and TUESDAYS. Challah (sweeter and has vanilla added) is made on THURSDAYS. Our breads last for 3 to 4 days on the counter and then can be transferred to the refrigerator for 4-5 weeks. The bread can also be frozen. Please see “Baked Goods Care and Shelf Lives” for further information. Please see below for the specifics of ordering. All orders must be made by phone and taken by a staff member. Orders left as messages will not be guaranteed.
We can make out of Regular or Challah dough the following: loaves (small, large and Pullman), hamburger buns, submarine rolls, small rolls, sliders, bagels, focaccia, and pizza crust according to your order. The following flavors are available: onion, garlic, Italian, poppyseed, mock rye, everything, jalepeno (with a kick), cinnamon, chocolate chip, cinnamon chocolate chip, raisin, and cinnamon raisin.
